All purchase orders received by BookPanel through the Website are subject to the availability of products and / or that no circumstances or force majeure affect the provision of services. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or there are no stocks left, BookPanel returns credit to the user’s account for other purchases or refunds the amount that was paid for that service / product. This shall apply equally in cases where the provision of a service becomes impracticable.
The prices displayed on the website are the final ones and include VAT However, unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the items offered exclude transport costs, which will be added to the total amount. WEVIEW TECH SRL S.R.L., St. Stefan Octavian Iosif, Busteni, Romania will run various promotions aimed at all potential users of the BookPanel application, with the aim of promoting the services offered, downloads of the BookPanel application in Romania by new users (hereinafter the “Application”).
Time Domain: The period of participation in each promotion will begin on the date of launch and will end on the date indicated in the communication of each of the promotions published by BookPanel.
Free Nature of the Promotion: The Promotions will be conducted on a “free of charge” basis, meaning that participation in these Promotions will not involve any expense to the Participant.
Promotion communication: Promotions will be communicated during the period in which they are active.
Legitimate persons and mechanisms of the promotion: the conditions of participation in these promotions will be determined by their particularity. In this way, each Promotion will have different conditions that the user must comply with in each case. Reservations and limitations: BookPanel reserves the right to reject the registration of those participants whose data is incomplete or whose codes do not meet the requirements to participate in the Promotions. In the event of withdrawal, BookPanel will reimburse the User for all payments received without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which BookPanel is informed of the User’s decision to cancel. BookPanel will refund the User in equivalent credit points or using the same payment method used to make the original purchase transaction. This refund will not incur any additional cost to the User.
In the same sense, the provision of a service that the User could contract on this Website is regulated, as the User’s Right of Withdrawal cannot be used when the provision of the service has been fully executed or when it has begun. The express agreement of the consumer and the user and the confirmation of the purchase conditions on his part show that he is aware of the fact that, after the contract has been fully executed by BookPanel, he has lost his right of withdrawal.
